African Luo 2 English

 "OPEN ENROLLMENT" IS MAINTAINED SO ANYONE CAN ATTEND,
WHO HAS A GOOD COMMAND OF ENGLISH, WITH A PASS GRADE
AT THE ELEMENTARY - PRIMARY SCHOOL - GRADE SEVEN LEVEL
OR HIGHER.

This basic command or English language must be accompanied by the

student obtaining "English Vocabulary Certification" through taking of

the free on - line English Vocabulary Certification Test, at Brainbench

Test Center - located at http://www.tinyurl.com/2es9at. Students who are

applying to take *the intermediary level* African - Luo Language course

must in addition first obtain the  "English Language Sentence structure

Certification" (http://www.tinyurl.com/2gcayj), as well as the English

"Words and Phrases Certification" (http://www.tinyurl.com/25nba9)

FULL ON-LINE ENGLISH COURSES ARE AVAILABLE IF REQUIRED.
To apply and register for African Luo language training, the
student must in additon write in the English language, then e-mail

to the instructor at luo2english@gmail.com
a resume and a one - 2 page essay entitled: " Why I would
like to study the African Ugandan Luo - Lango language".

Note when writing the essay, that specific attention is paid to the 
unique requirements of students who choose to take this course.  
Tip: African Luo / Lango is one of many African Luo languages
whose speakers to a small or large extent, understand each other.

* A USD $20.00 fees is paid directly to the institution of
learning, for the semester in which the basic or advanced level
of the African Luo language  course is being taken. Students
must have reliable access to the world wide web and browser.
Version 5.5 or higher of internet explorer is recommended.
